The chic and cozy Colonel Suite enjoys a private entrance via the property’s sublime courtyard, and is a top floor suite in the Howard Hardy House. The suite plays host to hardwood floors, TV and wireless internet, as well as two comfortable queen beds and available sleep machines. The living and eating area enjoy abundant natural lighting, and the full kitchenette offers mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, as well as utensils, glasses and barware. The Colonel has two roomy bathrooms with showers, along with bathroom accoutrement, as well as hair dryer. An iron and ironing board come with the suite, and residents enjoy heat and air conditioning.
Parking Made Simple: There are 2 parking spots in the rear of the building reserved for the HHH. They are first come-first serve. Metered parking is available on 2nd street in front of the building, and is free after 6 PM daily, and on Sundays. Free parking after 6 PM and on weekends in nearby surface lots (must be out by 7:30 AM Monday morning). There are many parking garages within 2 blocks, including the YMCA. The expressway is only four blocks away, but far enough to not have traffic noise.
